Relating To Biosecurity.

Abstract

Establishes the biosecurity emergency response special fund within the Department of Agriculture. Establishes procedures for emergency declarations and expenditures. Appropriates moneys into the special fund. Appropriates moneys to the Department of Agriculture. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
